Hah..i think i really need a break ..Need some amendments in my way of living.. I definitely need to mend my ways !!
I don't know why am i taking the things in a wrong a way!! I need not over react!! Its really kool to see things changing !! Its just that I need to Grow up and accept the truth !! It makes me sad but then it makes someone else happy.. and i Am always happy to see others satisfied !!!

Hell, why do i think like dat..do hell with others.the most important thing is Me..why do i feel content by seeing others happy while i am pissed off owing to some act of theirs ..I need to be more selfish i guess !!

But then I can't change :( .. i can't be selfish.. Why me GOd ??? :(( !!
but yeah no one is to be blamed here.. everyone is right on his part and i feel thats the best way i can accept the things!

Golden temple..A Sparkling Monument !!

So its the festive season going on here and most of the people in India are busy Shopping or enjoying themselves at home.Its Diwali Time fellas !!

I had a break from my regular schedule some days back .It was time for some expedition with my family. I remember last time i went somewhere with my family was nearly 5 years ago..
Actually we planned to go to Vaishno Devi and Amritsar.. I have been to Vaishno Devi a lot of times but i had never been to Amritsar or more specifically The Golden Temple !! So I Was very much excited about my visit.I had heard a lot about the beauty of the Golden Temple. So i always wished to see it.My desire came true this time .

As i stepped out of the vehicle I could see the outside of the Harmandir Sahib (The Golden Temple)..It was lit up beautifully.As i moved down the stairs from the main entrance i could see the great monument shining ..It filled my eyes with amazement..hell It is beautiful.There were many people around but still calmness persisted.It was really a nice feeling.
It is a place of both stupendous beauty and sublime peacefulness. Originally a small lake in the midst of a quiet forest, the site has been a meditation retreat for wandering mendicants and sages since deep antiquity.
The shining façade of this graceful gurudwara is accentuated not only by hundreds lights but by the faith and devotion it commands from its followers, many of whom are not even of the Sikh faith.
The airwaves are dominated by the sweet sounds of gurbani, the Sikhs hymns.
There is a sarovar right in between and the people can be seen sitting besides the edge in peace and enjoying the warmth and the peace that is present there !! Bathing in the Amrit Sarovar is of course an ancient tradition. The water is believed to have healing powers and so draws the sick and the ailing from all faiths.
The streets around the complex are dotted with many gurudwaras and spots of historical interest. The temple is situated in the oldest area of the city, abutted by ancient, crowded bazaars dotted with elderly historical buildings.
may be this was the only religious place which i didn't want to leave . !!
I regret of not having visited it Earlier!!

A funny LAb report !!!

This is gonna be my first post from my respected college's lab!! rather my first one from the newly installed Wifi system here !!

I am sitting idle for the last 45 minutes..got nothing to do ..just looking out for some constructive kinda work !!

hah...orkut is banned here...[:(]..I can use a proxy to access that but the teacher is sitting in front of me and if he sees me passing time on orkut he's gonna throw me out of the lab...hey hey ..i am not concerned at all about that..the thing that matters is attendance. Man,I am gonna loose 3 precious and hard earned attendance [:P]!!
The activities In comp LAB-4 at 10.25 IST ,DOON valley COLLEGE OF ENGG AND TECH,KArnal::
1. Ahh...every second girl is accessing 160by2.com!! don know whom are they sending those private messages ;)!
2. There is a person using that laptop and it is making intersting noises ..!!Hell his lappy isfull of viruses !!
3. a "couple" is constantly changing seats !!.(may be looking for a secluded place :P)
4. well yeah there are people who are doing respectable work too...reading news...seems they have found the "news" option on google just now !!
5. hey hey ..the couple is into heavy discussions :P...future planning u know !!
6.Are wah...bandi has opened shaadi.com website and is looking for some suitable matches :D !!

formality ends reality starts!

I am back on my normal schedule..(wake up at 6..sleep again at 6.15 ..again awake up at 7 and disable the alarm on 7.05 and then finally wake up at 8).

the last three days I had sessionals..another brutal way of harassing the technical craps of the country ..bole to "We The engineers!!".
As far as i can guess i would have given more than 150 exams upto my third year... 150 In three years is a huge number man..
I remember once my maths teacher scolded me for not giving the test on Integration and told me that test is for your benefit..More u give test more u know where You stand..!! he convinced me that time..bUt abhi to i feel "it was the most untrue thing i have ever heard " !! i have a valid justification for that..

In a semester we have 3 sessionals for a subject plus a semester exam..ab uske baad b pta lage ki kch aata jata nai to definitely u feel pissed off !!I remember the last xam I gave It was of SPM---s/w project management..!! opened the at 6.30 in the morning read upto 8..and went to give the ppr..!! Likha sab bakvas hai ..and i know i m gonna get atleast 65 %..so its like worth not studyng !!chalo i accept my fault here..ki padho b nai aur system ko galian nikalo... !! but no one asks kyu nai pda!!

i never understand the justification behind including subjects like Compiler design ,environment studies..Bio tech..in the degree..Degree ka main purpose hai job..And noone is gonna ask me the digestive System there.. !! ab bolo ki being a engg u should be versatile as far as your knowledge is concerned..!!
thts fine i am ready to study the excretory system too:P..but atleast gimme a subject that is attractive and interesting enough !! well all i know is i have to consult a topic from 5 books+ google it..and cram it ..The next day execute the print statement on the exam paper..!!
we have the so called practical exams where the paper is attempted on the mercy of Pen drives .. No one pays attention to practical work..
even if you start doing something on your own you are pronounced as "extra sanki" banda of your class !!
The thing is the whole engg culture is piece of crap !! Engineering disciple has become more of a business ..College focus on quantity and not quality..Companies take engg in bulk and then throw them in bulk !!

Money wasted,...energy wasted and most of all 4 precious years wasted.. !!

Mere desh ki kahani!

so writing something about the topic u feel about is really a great feeling so i am back on my Favorite TOpic--MY poor Country!!!
i feel very ashamed to write it as a poor country .i sometimes wonder how is this country still running and yeah it didn't take me long to realize "ITS JUGAAD"!!
I think about we the people and suddenly i am into my world of dreams where i see us living like animals ..and yet we think this place a heaven..!!
I proudly said once " i am Proud to be an Indian"..!! did u notice that i wrote i said it once..No more know..i cant keep myself in to some kind of a disbelief of ..nor i want to demonstrate that false and untrue patriotism...!! Its just that i feel like that!!
Well one if the reason is definitely the state of "My Poor Country"..The great politicians we have.. owing to these mindless fanatics My country is on the verge of being called a second hell !!

We have politicians who one day pronounce a policeman as a martyr and presents him a 10 lakh rupee cheque and after some days in a very insulting manner questions the sacrifice of that man..How hypocritical is that!

Our politicians have a problem with everything ..they have a problem when their demands are not taken care of and they also have problems when their demands are met..Miss Mamta banerje had a problem when TATA was running the project in Singrur..She said TATA is taking away the land of poor people ..
and when he decided to leave the place She says why is he leaving .. and then violence starts

We have Such parties which believe every Muslim is a terrorist..hell..everything in India is "IslamisiZed" be it poverty ,be it uneducation ,be it terrorism...U name a evil and they say Muslims..!! they are ready to burn them alive.. !!
If U are so much interested in killing people try out your luck on the Border..U would be of of some help to the country that way!!

they say we gonna make it a super power by 2025 ..but i am skeptical of it.
The government is Busy in Only Condemning the attacks .. don;t they have any other work other than just condemning ??

I don't completely blame the Politics..Its just that We the citizens oF "My Poor COuntry" are Fools..The most "Veli" human race in the world can be found In "MY POOR COUNTRY" !! Sometimes it seems that people don't have any other work except those dhrnas and burning public property !!

The so called "DEMOCRACY" now according to me is the biggest threat to the County..

I hope We get over This "JUgaad" Policy soon...!!

"Friend" doesn't want me to reveal the name so its kinda anonymous.. well thanks to "The friend" for this. lemme tell ya all this is the first piece of crap written by "The Friend"..so its really appreciable..I always knew that "the friend" always had the capability to write so wid some emotional blackmail ..likhvai hai ! !

I wonder why am I writing this,
Cuz someone asked me too or is it just my own mind.

I second the writer of  " Money Cant buy" for the following, With no doubts , i agree tht money cant buy:

1. Vision and mission of life

You can surely not buy a well organized vision for your life, Vision is something you aspire to be at some time in future, You cant buy aspirations and dreams, Currency is there to buy materialistic products.

Can you buy the purpose of ur life????????

2. Networking and building nurtured relationships

I can buy a networker, Money can bring ppl more close to me,I can buy things that have a probability of making a strong relation , but  definitely i cant buy people who'll stay with me for long,  for keeping a nurtured relation, I have been to Aditya Birla's MORE yesterday, i asked them for some nurtured relations, Couldnt find any, Will go to some other retail chain soon.. :) 

Building relationship is something that has to be learnt not to be bought from RELIANCE FRESH or WALMART

3. Values

It has always been said, " be a person of VALUES" , If money could impart values, we wouldnt have appraised ppl like MOTHER TERESA , everyone would have been lookin for BILL GATES to seek values.

Values act as a base for GOOD human being, I wish i could buy few for me too :) 

4. Personal development

Everyone aims at self development and this is something which, again, cannot be bought. One has to build personal development as a way of life by organising the day effectively, identify transferable skills and personal competence and improve the overall quality of working.

5. Genius

If  you remember 1996, HYUNDAI came up with one ad that launched A2 segment's best seller SANTRO.

The AD said " GENIUS IS INSIDE" , in the same fashion, INTEL says INTEL INSIDE, so , if the billion dollar companies dont have a doubt abt Genius's inherent character, how can i doubt?????? 

Genius in you is built by keeping a focus and bringing about daily improvements thus striving to build a genius through sustained efforts.

6. Mentor and guide

Mentoring comes in by developing a special relationship which is based on mutual trust and dependence for learning and growing to upgrade your knowledge and skill, u can buy one hour lecture , u can hire a parttime mentor, but u cant look for a sustainable relationship @ cash, not on credit card even :) 

7. Team spirit

This spirit has to be developed with mutual benefits to all and incorporates a deeper understanding, a sense of commitment and compatibility by dissolving ego and individual differences. Rabindranath 

Tagore rightly said: 'There is no such thing as absolute isolation in existence and the only way of attaining truth is through interpenetrating our being into all our objects.'

8. Humility

I can buy humility in the form of values, gentleness , kindness and humble behaviour subject to a different meaning of word "BUY" .

For buying all these things, the monetary concept of buying needs to be replaced.

9. Developing efficiency

I can hire efficient ppl, i can outsource my work, i can increase my man hours by increasing employment, but no BIBLE sayssss that i can buy my efficiency.

Management taught me a lesson : Follow the POLCA mantra: Planning, organising, leading, controlling and taking action. All this cannot be bought with money but it's a discipline in one's life which has to be incorporated in to become efficient and successful.

10. Adaptability and acceptability

Constant reinforcements of our adaptability to differing situations make it a habit and frame an acceptable behaviour towards the society. This is something that comes naturally and money cannot buy.
